The Club Championships will this year take place in four sessions:

1. Tuesday 2nd November 2010 at 6.00pm

2. Sunday 7th November 2010 at 5.00pm

3. Tuesday 9th November 2010 at 6.00pm

4. Finals -  Tuesday 23rd November 2010 at 6.00pm

All Entries Forms (available here) are to be returned to the desk no later than 12th October 2010.  All Swimmers must be registered with SASA by 5th October 2010. Any queries, please see Joyce at main desk on.

Age categories will be as at 31st December 2010.

Coaches must sign the entry form before it is handed in.

Session 1 Swims: 25m, 50m & 100m Breast, 50m & 100m Fly, and 100m & 200m IM

Session 2 Swims: 200m Breast, 200m Free, 200m Back, 50m Free

Session 3 Swims: 25m, 50m & 100m Back, 25m, 50m & 100m Free, 200m Fly

Session 4 Swims: Finals of all events and 400 IM.

Content of Heats and Finals nights are subject to change depending on the number of entries.

Swimmers may compete in as many events within their age group as they wish (dependant on Coaches Agreement). However, once entries have been accepted, then withdrawal from any single event may result in consequent withdrawal from all other events at the discretion of the coaches and the meet organisers.

All Swimmers must be Poolside by 6.00pm for Tuesday Sessions 1, 3 and 4, and 5.00pm for Sunday session 2.

 Poolside kit must be worn and remember to have plenty of water and spare towel etc.
