Please ensure you
pay for gala entries in advance. With immediate effect all galas MUST be paid for on or before the date on the qualification notice. You no longer need to tick the notice on the board, that is purely for information. If you want to be entered into a gala you must pay at the club desk before the date specified. We do try and put galas up on the board (and also on the website) for a full 3 weeks in advance to give enough notice. If anyone has any problems or issues please speak to Linda Nimmo or e-mail the.nimmos@blue yonder.co.uk |

Jean Adams It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that Jean Adams, Reg's dear wife passed away on Wednesday 10th March 2010. Jean had been unwell for a while and been in hosptial for a couple of months. Although Jean had been feeling unwell at the end of last year she perked up for one of her proudest moments - seeing Reg win the Sunday Mail 'Local Hero' award - this picture shows Reg, Jean, their son Jeff and a Sunday Mail representative at the award ceremony in December. Our heartfelt sympathy goes to Reg and his family at this sad time. The funeral service, will take place at The Crematorium in Camelon on Wednesday 17th March at 10.30am and thereafter to The Lea Park Hotel in Grangemouth. All family friends would be very welcome at both the service and later at The Lea Park. Family flowers only please but if anyone wishes, there will be a collection at the service in aid of The British Heart Foundation 12/03/10. |

NOTICE: TO PARENTS AND SWIMMERS OF ALL
SQUADS ON USE OF LOCKERS Would all swimmers please use the lockers provided instead of leaving their clothes and other possessions in the changing rooms. Swimmers are finding it increasingly difficult to find an empty changing room when arriving at the swimming pool for their squad training sessions. Please show some courtesy to your fellow swimmers and make use of the lockers provided! Thanks. (20 Jan 10) |
