School pool closures and training arrangements for the 2010 summer holidays are given below

There will be no training available at any of the high schools during the school summer holidays.

 

The last training sessions for the high schools are as follows:  

Grangemouth High School             18 June 2010

Larbert High School                       21 June 2010

Bo’ness High School                     23 June 2010

Braes High School                        23 June 2010  

 

Training at the high schools will resume as follows:  

Larbert High School                       23 August 2010

Bo’ness High School                     25 August 2010

Braes High School                        25 August 2010

Grangemouth High School             27 August 2010  

 

Training will be available as per normal squad times at Grangemouth Sports Complex.

‘B’ squad and ‘B+’ squad are able to train alongside ‘I’ squad at any of the morning training sessions during the school summer holidays.  

Summer Land Training At Grangemouth Rugby Club

For all squads, as from Monday 28 June 2010 all swimmers aged 10+ are invited to Grangemouth RFC, Glensburgh Road, Grangemouth, to participate in land training.

Training will be from 6.30pm till 8.30pm.  Please bring suitable outdoor training kit.
