Training times over the Christmas and New Year Holidays are given below

Grangemouth Sports Complex:

Training remains as normal till 22nd December 2009 and then the pool is closed till the 5th January 2010 when training will resume as normal.  

‘I’ Squad: Some morning training  will be available - to be advised by Ivan or Ian.

School Pools:

Braes High & Bo’ness: last day for training is Wednesday 16th December 2009 and will resume on Wednesday 6th January 2010.  

Larbert High School: last day for training is Monday 21st December 2009 and will resume on Monday 11th January 2010.

Grangemouth High School: last day for training is Friday 11th December 2009 and will resume on Friday 8th January 2010.
